We have eight bedrooms. Six of our rooms can be made up as doubles or twins and the remaining two rooms as doubles only. We also have 3 put-you-up beds. You can find room layout images here.

DOGS. We do allow well behaved dogs downstairs. There is a charge of £35 per dog per week.

Terms & Conditions
The house is non-smoking throughout. Arrival time is from 4pm (unless by prior arrangement) Departure time is 10am latest (unless by prior arrangement) Bed linen and towels are provided for a maximum of 8 double/twin beds and 3 put-you-up beds. We do not have bedding or bed linen for children’s cots, so you will need to provide this yourself. If you require bed linen and/or towels for further guests (agreed by prior arrangement) we can provide these at an extra charge. Coal and Logs A basket of logs/kindling/coal is provided with each fire. If you require more logs during your stay, we charge £5 per basket. Dogs Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. A fee of £35 per dog per week will be charged. We ask that dogs are kept downstairs and off the furniture and that any dog mess be cleaned up from the grounds before you depart. Payment A non-refundable deposit of £350 is payable on booking, with the balance due six weeks before the start of your stay. If you are booking your stay within six weeks of the start date, please pay the full amount on booking. We take payment either by cheque or by bank transfer (bank details are on our invoice). Breakages/Damage You agree to take good care of the House and contents. It must be left in a clean and tidy condition, linens/towels must not be damaged and not removed from the property. We ask for a refundable £400 damage deposit to be paid into our bank account, at the latest, a week before your holiday starts. This will be refunded to you (less any necessary deductions) within a week of your departure by bank transfer or cheque. We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused by your group during your stay, even if it exceeds the damage deposit of £300. We will also charge for extra cleaning (defined as time taken in excess of normal turn-around and would include dirty dishes/dishwasher not emptied; cooker/hob/oven with burnt on food; furniture if moved not put back in its original position; dog mess in the garden) If you break or damage anything during your stay, please let us know as soon as you can so we can replace it quickly. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to your possessions or vehicles whilst at the House. Cancellation If you have to cancel your booking more than 6 weeks before arrival we will retain your deposit. If you cancel within 6 weeks of arrival (having paid the full hire cost) there will be no refund unless we are able to re-let the House. I have read and agree to the booking conditions.
